Simplified Entertainment has always made safety our first priority with any event. Below is the Simplified Entertainment Health and Safety Protocols for college, corporate and casino events.

Simplified Entertainment Certification Standards
What is “social distance certified”? Simplified Entertainment events exceed the minimum standards of 6 feet from each individual or group, face mask wearing and hand sanitizing. From clear barriers to “stand here” marking cones, Simplified Entertainment has certified each event. We have done all the work so you do not have too!
- Follow CDC recommended guidelines to best of our ability
- Follow the buyer recommended guidelines to best of our ability
- Clear barriers between guest and staff when needed (on a per event review)
- Simplified Entertainment staff face masks
- 6ft marker cones
- Contactless pick up of items (novelty events)
- Single use items (as need per event)
- Equipment sanitizing before, during and after event
- Knowing events can change on the fly, our staff will attempt keep social distancing to the best of our abilities
The Following Is A Breakdown Of What Simplified Entertainment Will Do For A Particular Event. Please Call 888-658-0515 With Any Questions
"Overall Social Distancing" at Every Simplified Entertainment event:
1. Simplified Entertainment will follow the recommended CDC guidelines to best of our ability
2. Simplified Entertainment will follow the recommended local, county and state guidelines to best of our ability
3. Simplified Entertainment will follow guidelines that the campus has in place to best of our ability
4. Simplified Entertainment staff will wear masks
5. Simplified Entertainment staff will wear gloves when required
6. Buyer is responsible for temperature testing
7. Buyer to supply onsite hand sanitizer for guest before they use/enter any event
8. Buyer is responsible for security
Novelty Events, Sign Shop, Photo Shows:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Clear dividers between Simplified Entertainment staff and guests
3. Single use items for the novelty events
4. “Stand Here” cone placement
5. Continuous sanitizing of surfaces as needed
Game Shows:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Adopting the Walt Disney World Social Distancing tactics
a. Guests who arrive in a group stay as a group and must sit 6 feet away from other guests
b. All props are sanitized between each new set of on-stage players
c. Single use items will be used
d. All individual stage contestants will remain 6 feet apart
Hypnosis Shows:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. All participants must be seated in chairs with “arms”
3. All volunteers will be spaced in a staggered array 6 feet apart
4. Hypnotist will remain 6 feet from volunteers
a. At the discretion of the hypnotist, he may get closer to the volunteer for safety purposes
5. Continuous sanitizing of surfaces as needed
Escape Rooms:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Participants arrive 15 minutes before their start time for instructions
3. After the participants finish the escape room, a ultra violet UVC light will be turned on for 3-5 minutes to disinfect the escape room
a. Note: The escape room is made up of two separate 10’ x 10’ sections
b. Players exit section 1 through a middle door into section 2. Once players are in section 2, the middle door and the front door are closed to section 1 and the UVC light is turned on for 3-5 minutes
c. Same procedure is followed for section 2 when the players are finished
d. Wet wipe sanitizing of locks and other major props will also be completed.
Laser Tag:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Players wear a disposable bib between the laser tag vest and their shirt
3. Laser phaser and vest will be sanitized between use
4. Playing field is divided into areas that keep the players 6 feet apart
Glow Golf:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Golf holes are placed minimum of 6 feet apart
3. Two separate areas are for pick up and return of the balls and clubs
4. Balls and clubs are sanitized after each use
DUI/TEXT Simulators:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Clear divider is placed between each simulator
3. Simulators are sanitized after each experience has been completed
Haunted House:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Adopting the Walt Disney World Social Distancing tactics
a. Guests who arrive in a group stay as a group and must sit 6 feet away from other guests
b. Haunt actors remain 6 feet from guests
3. Only two groups will be in the haunt at the same time
4. Periodic sanitation throughout the event
a. Haunted house is one event that people tend NOT to touch things!
Casino Night:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Only 3 people seated at any table (plus the dealer)
3. Players only touch their chips
4. Chips are sanitized via ultra violet UVC light a few times during the event
Carnivals:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Items are sanitized in between players
3. All games are positioned a minimum of 6 feet apart
Silent Disco:
1. Items 1-5 from “Overall Social Distancing”
2. Two separate areas are for pick up and return of headphones
3. DJ’s are separated from guests by a clear plastic barrier
4. Headphones are sanitized after each use
